Order

The following is the basic procedure for ordering a model. Please be clear about the details of each step so that the ordering process can proceed smoothly, reducing unnecessary misunderstandings and improving the quality and speed of model production.

  • 1.Requirements

    Customers need to provide the required information, including food photos, names, sizes of food contrainers, and the quantity of each food item.

  • 2.Quotation

    We provide a quotation that includes the fee of moulding, pre-production, post-production, and all shipping / transportation and tax costs. There are no hidden charges.

  • 3.Order Confirmation

    After placing the order, customers need to prepare a deposit, food contrainers and food samples (if necessary), and a detail of ingredients. We will arrange to collect them, and production will officially begin.

  • 4. Production

    The production period is generally 15 to 20 working days, excluding transportation time. The duration may increase or decrease depending on the quantity and complexity of the order.

  • 5. Quality Inspection

    After the production of food replicas is completed, the quality will be confirmed with the customer, and modifications will be arranged if necessary.

  • 6. Delivery

    Once the customer is satisfied, please prepare the balance (if any) and provide us with the delivery address, recipient’s name, and phone number so that we can arrange for delivery.
